Sassy Copy for Sassy Girls

Sassy Jax is a new, one-of-a-kind boot jack company in Tucson, Arizona. The company’s target audience is primarily teens and young women with an interest in rodeo, the Western lifestyle, and other equestrian pursuits.

I was hired to write the copy for the company’s first website. My goal was to make it fun, catchy, and of course, a little bit sassy. Here’s a sample from the site:

You’re the queen of your own rodeo, with a flirty felt hat and boots made for two stepping, and you deserve your own pretty boot jack too. Sassy Jax are carved wood boot jacks with glimmering stones and semi-precious gems inlaid in a beautiful design. Handcrafted by an artist in Tucson, Arizona, each piece is unique. They’re the final accessory a girl needs to complete her sassy cowgirl dressing room. And since they’re made in the U.S.A, you can show your American pride in style too.
